All form Elements must be filled out and accurate to required info. Any failure to fill out form elements correctly will result in Automatic “Not approved” Status on your claim
We Review Warranties Every Monday. It can take up to 5 days to be finalized. We will reach out via email when it is done to find solutions. Typically, we send replacement products but may offer refunds or discounts in some situations. Please be patient with the process. If you haven’t hear back after a couple weeks feel free to email Warranty@northscooters.com to inquire about your claim. Note that Instagram DM’s is not a valid form of inquiring about your claim or submitting a warranty claim.
Shipping time for replacement product is 5-7 business days.

We do not cover warranties for any sales outside of North America. Please contact seller to find out best way to file claims if item was purchased outside of NA
We Require photo submissions that are 75-300 KB. Photos may require resizing. The best ways to do this are to Email the photos to yourself at a reduced quality, or to screen shot the photo that you have taken. Both these steps will resize the photo quality for you.
